Good insoles significantly increase the endurance and durability of your feet — I’d even say they extend their 'lifespan.' For me, they’re an essential part of my running gear — just like they are for millions of other athletes.
Running insoles offer real added value to runners who want to reduce their times and win podiums. ‘It’s a significant marginal gain, a small element that can turn performance into a big result!
First of all, when you walk or run, your feet flex naturally during movement with a tibial twist of about 15 degrees. On a bike, because of the cleats on your shoes, your feet don't flex anymore.
I never go cycling without my SIDAS insoles! They make things so much more comfortable, especially on long rides. I can pedal for hours without any foot pain! They also give me that pleasant feeling of pedalling smoothly and efficiently, like my feet are working optimally in my shoes. I definitely felt like there was a before and after when I used them!
Since the start of my career, I have noticed a small difference between my left and right foot causing more pronounced movement of the left knee outward. Before, this imbalance caused pain after long rides. However, since using SIDAS insoles, I feel much more stable in my shoes, like I’d corrected this defect. I can now exert myself more intensely and for longer, which is really important when you’re dreaming of winning major races
These insoles aren't just comfortable; they help us perform better! Using custom insoles is new to me, but now I wonder how I could have done without them when I was younger... With them, I feel like it's easier to pedal, like my feet are floating in the air and have become one with the shoe, as if the energy I put into pedalling was transferred perfectly to the shoe with no losses...
When I put [Move Insoles] in my shoes, the way it hugged my foot and I still had good range of motion when I was flexing my feet, made a huge difference
I was very impressed with the design and quality, and there was a noticeable improvement in comfort and responsiveness when running with them compared to my running shoes’ standard insoles – which, in that particular pair of shoes, were especially unsupportive.
When I joined the Team and started my high level trail running journey 3 years ago, I suffered an injury due to a rapid increase in training. I replaced the classic insoles with SIDAS insoles. It would be a lie to say that I was cured overnight! However, as soon as I started running with them, I felt that I was reversing the trend and that I could train again with confidence and move towards total remission.
